Miniony is an informational tool that suggests cruise lines based on the preferences you share. We are not a travel agency, do not sell cruises, and are not affiliated with the cruise lines we describe. Our recommendations are opinions to help you research — not a guarantee of availability, price, or suitability.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to create an account.

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data.
• Don't submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Cruise-line names, trademarks, and imagery belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. Any booking you make happens with a third party under their own terms; Miniony is not a party to that transaction.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniony will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
